Former Champs The Academy have stormed to the top of the Budleigh Communities League (BCL) with on 2 rounds left in the 2024 competition. Last years winners, The Colts, sit just outside the final cup spot but can they defend their title, or will the be squeezed out?

The new kids on the block, The Inbetweeners, look imperious - and with 2 games in hand look set to take one of the cup finals spots....but who would they squeeze out? Most likely the Dads look on shaky ground with the Kings Arms looking solid in second spot.

That leaves Propeller, EBFC and Sir Walt fighting to avoid that dreaded Wooden Spoon spot - currently held by the stripy kings of banter, the Park Wasps - who have once again entertained both on and off the pitch.
